Professor John Mahoney Instructs Students. Started on the Delaware Campus in 1981, the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management moves to the newly built Academic Center North in 1988. Later changing its name to the School of Hospitality Management, the school begins offering a master’s degree in 2002.
